You are welcome to take advantage of our pre-tour accommodation offer of free airport transfer the day before
departure and one night’s free accommodation (share basis) at the departure hotel. However please note, this is not automatically booked! You must tell us at least eight (8) weeks before departure that you wish to book this and give us your flight arrival details. Failure to do so may result in accommodation/ transfer not being available at all, or in your having to pay the normal price for each.

NB: GORILLA TREKKING:

The Uganda Wildlife Authority imposes strict regulations regarding the gorilla trekking. One of these is that the permits must be booked and paid in advance. In order for us to do this we must collect your excursion money, in addition to your normal deposit, at the time of booking. Like your deposit the excursion money is not refundable if you cancel your tour. The permit currently US$ 450- 550.
