Hike in Mozambique tourist permits

We have just heard today that the Mozambique government has increased the tourist visas at the borders from $25 (R190) to $82 (R615).
The government did not publicize the price changes before they took place.
A spokesperson for the Mozambican interior ministry could not immediately be reached for comment.
