Here are some basic tips on how to choose a Victoria Falls to Nairobi (or Nairobi to Victoria Falls) trip.
Camping or Accommodated
To camp or not to camp, that is the question …?!
On a camping trip you would be staying in dome tents (including a sewn in mosquito net) vs an accommodated tour you would be staying in simple accommodation such as permanent tents and chalets. There is a substantial price difference as bedded accommodation (as in permanent tents and chalets sharing bathroom facilities) are more expensive than the cost of camping. Both trips travel on the same routes as each location en-route offers both camping and bedded accommodation. So, even if you’ve chosen to camp, you can still upgrade to bedded accommodation for a night or two while on tour!
