I must say that we are very fortunate to have a great environment that we operate. Not only do we have a great bunch of people in the office (which makes for continuous laughs) but the nature of the Africa overland industry is that we work with extremely passionate people.
From time to time mistakes occur such a pick up’s missed etc but it is the way in which it is resolved. We had such wonderful feedback from one of those situtations and it just reiterates fortunate a team of people and partners that we work together with. Well done Gelle.

First of all, we would like to thank you for the excellent service you have provided for us. We were met this afternoon my the Manager of Churchill who settled up with us for the taxi fare and introduced us to our guide. A small glitch at the airport was resolved within a few hours due to your expertise.
It is comforting to know you are there.
Today we managed to look after a few housekeeping details, and got some much needed rest. Tomorrow we start on our long day at 6:30 am.
