Due to the heavy rainfall Kenya has been experiencing over the last few weeks, some of the ‘sand’ roads have become quite tricky to navigate. As a result there have been instances where vehicles are getting stuck in the mud due to the slippery and uneven road surfaces.

While it is possible to free them without assistance on some occasions, on others it becomes necessary to call in a tractor to assist. The crew do try their utmost to ensure the group do still get to partake in the scheduled activities for the day, although there are some rare occasions where this is not possible.

If you are travelling to the Masai Mara area over the coming weeks that there may be some delays.
