The tour begins in the beautiful Mother City, Cape Town – one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Before leaving the city, we take a tour to the Cape Flats, one of Cape Town’s intriguing townships where you visit the local people and community projects in the area. After spending some time here, we make our way northward to the fruit growing region of Citrusdal. Accommodation this evening is near to the Olifants River where you overlook the stunning Cederberg Mountains. You can visit a wine cooperative as an optional excursion and learn about and taste the wines while viewing the surrounding winelands. Spend your evening meeting the rest of the group and enjoy the first night under the African Sky.
