Chobe National Park – Gweta, Botswana
Once we’ve all enjoyed a hearty breakfast we start our relaxing journey toward Gweta, widely considered the gateway to the Makgadikgadi Pans and Nxai Pans, which are home to expansive salt pans. Driving down we could encounter elephants or buffalo relaxing next to the highway as there are no fences. You have time to enjoy lunch in Nata before arriving at your destination for the evening. Spend the evening at the stunning Gweta Lodge.
