Bulawayo – Matopos National Park, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
Situated just a brief distance outside of Bulawayo is the Matopos National Park where you will be led through the stunning reserve by an expert guide. The Matobo Hills are sculpted by the strong winds in the area and are the site of various intriguing Bushman paintings. This Park contains an exceptional cultural and spiritual significance to the indigenous people populating this region. The reserve contains the highest population of leopard and black eagle in the world, so we make sure to keep our eyes peeled for these magnificent animals. We also seek out giraffe, zebra, and ostrich, as well as a wide assortment of antelope and buck species.
