Spitzkoppe to Etosha, Namibia

From Spitzkoppe we travel north again making our way to Etosha National Park which surrounds a central salt depression or ‘pan’. This is a fantastic game-viewing spot that allows for wonderful visibility of the reserve’s animals that make their way down to drink. The Park also offers not only an abundance, but an array of wildlife, in total supporting about 114 mammals and 340 bird species. The following two nights are spent here and accommodation is near a floodlit waterhole where you have the chance of spotting elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion and hyena.
