Iringa – Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
We head off early and make our way to Dar es Salaam, passing through the Mikumi National Park where you will see a wide range of wildlife roaming near the roadside, oblivious of the vehicles passing right by them. The drive today is extended because of the massive amount of city-bound traffic. However, the sights and sounds of Dar’s bustling suburbs will keep you amused and entertained. Keep a sharp eye out for the vibrant shop-fronts boasting humorous ‘catch phrases’. When we arrive in Dar es Salaam, we head to our wonderful campsite next to the sea and prepare for our trip to Zanzibar the next morning.
