Lake Bunyonyi – Kampala, Uganda
Once we are done admiring the encounters we have experienced with the gorillas and finished delighting in the tranquillity offered to us by the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi, we commence our travels back to Kampala. Crossing the Equator for the second time on this trip, we pull over for the ‘one foot in each hemisphere’ photographic opportunity. Our tour comes to an end today in Kampala. For those wanting who have more time before saying goodbye, you are giving us the chance to head out and experience the city’s nightlife scene.
After marvelling at the experience of our gorilla encounters and enjoying the peaceful Lake Bunyoni, we begin our drive back to Kampala. We cross the Equator for the second time and stop for the classic “one foot in each hemisphere” photo opportunity. We finish in Kampala and have the opportunity to sample its night life if you are staying overnight before saying our goodbyes to the group.
