Okavango Delta – Gweta, Botswana
Admire one final sunrise as you take part in a wildlife walk in the Delta before returning back to Maun. Take the trip back in your mokoro, followed by the safari drive before arriving around lunchtime. We hop back on the Overland truck and head to Gweta where we are treated to the unique experience of camping beneath beautiful old Baobab trees.
On arrival at our campsite, you can take a walk around and relish a nice shower or swim in the pool after a night in the bush.
The town of Gweta is located between the bigger towns of Nata and Maun, on the Makgadikgadi Pan’s rim.
