Coffee Bay– Addo Elephant National Park

Following a light breakfast, we visit the Nelson Mandela Museum and make our way to Grahamstown, the Festival Capital of Africa. Here, we have an opportunity to explore the intriguing town centre or to pay a visit to the historical museum, offering fascinating information about some of South Africa’s eclectic history.

Departing from this cultural centre, we journey to the renowned Addo Elephant National Park gates where we enjoy a late lunch before making our way into the Park for some incredible animal viewing. This Park boasts more than 400 elephants, as well as plenty of lion, leopard, buffalo and rhino, and a broad assortment of buck and antelope. Due to the relative flatness of the Park combined with the well-positioned waterholes, your chances of spotting a large range of wildlife are pretty high. Our evening is spent on the outskirts of the Park, delighting in sundowners on the riverbanks and the tranquillity of our serene holiday resort.
