Masindi – Budongo Central Forest Reserve, Uganda
Today you will participate in a Chimpanzee trekking in the Budongo Forest as well as a boat cruise in the Murchison Falls Nation Park, which is known as the biggest Mahogany forest in the whole of East Africa. This is home to the largest number of chimpanzees in Uganda. A game drive will take you through the forest in search of the chimps and you can also spot other wildlife.
Note: As the Chimp trekking is limited to 12 guests per trek, should there be more than 12 guests on a tour and thus split over two days. Therefore you may find that you will first do the game drive activity followed by the Chimp trekking the following day or vice versa – Please allow for flexibility.
