Kasane – Nata, Botswana

The Chobe River is left behind as we depart, and we head south into the Kalahari Desert. The ‘bushveld’ changes as you approach Nata, where we will spend the night close to Botswana’s famous salt pans. In the afternoon, after arriving in Nata, we will enjoy a guided excursion to the Nata pans, which feature thousands of waterbirds, including pelicans and flamingos (birds that migrate seasonally).
