Sesriem to Swakopmund, Namibia
After leaving the Namib behind, we cross the Tropic of Capricorn and continue to the Atlantic coast. In order to reach the coastal town of Swakopmund, we drive through the Lunar Landscape, which is so named due to its similarity to the surface of the moon. During the tour, we will stop at several viewpoints overlooking the landscape – a wonderful opportunity for photographers to capture the beauty of this amazing landscape. Namibia would not be complete without a visit to the iconic Welwitchia plant, which has a lifespan of up to 2,000 years, and is endemic to Namibia. The evening will be spent in Swakopmund where we will enjoy a meal together at a local restaurant.
