Addo Elephant National Park, South Africa
Making our way to the coast once again we travel through the open plains of the Karoo and the wildlife of the Addo National Elephant Park. This exclusive Eastern Cape Nature Reserve is home to one of the densest populations of African elephants in the world. This park is just as much a marine park as it is a land park, giving you the opportunity to spot the ‘Big Seven’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo, leopard, southern right whale and great white shark). We overnight at a private game lodge just outside of the park. The following day, in the morning you have an option to visit Port Elizabeth before making our way to camp for lunch. The afternoon is spent driving in a safari truck in search of the elephants and other animals residing in the Addo Elephant Park.
