Sossusvlei/Sesriem, Namibia
An early morning wake-up call will allow us to visit Sossusvlei at the end of an old riverbed. We will be climbing up Dune 45 where you can get a better view of the unusual and dreamlike landscape. Once we have had breakfast we visit Dead Vlei which is a clay pan surrounded by some of the highest dunes in the world. Two of them being Big Daddy or Crazy Dune (350 metres in height). In the afternoon you will be able to walk through the natural corridor of the Sesriem Canyon.
