Jock Safari Lodge Rates

All rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR) on “per person per night” basis. Inclusive of VAT and Tourism levy. Excludes Kruger National Park entrance fee.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• All rates exclude specialty meals (i.e. certified outsourced Halaal and Kosher meals)
• We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year.
• A minimum 2-night stay restriction is applicable over the festive period during Peak season.
• Adults travelling (Excluding the Family Unit at Fitzpatrick’s Lodge):
  Adult Sharing rates apply to persons (12 years and older) sharing one room. Persons 12 years and older are considered adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.
  Single Adult rates are only applicable when one adult is staying by him/herself in one room. Not applicable when an adult is sharing a room with a child/ children.
  Note that all rooms can sleep a maximum of two adults.
  Above mentioned rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea, game drives, guided walks, house beverages, game drive beverages, tourism levy and 15% Vat (all other items and premium beverages are excluded and can be settled upon departure).
  Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.

The Family Unit at Fitzpatrick’s Lodge:

A Unit Rate is applicable for all reservations secured in the Family Unit at Fitzpatrick’s Lodge. The unit consists of 2 suites, each room private with own bathroom facilities and entrance leading off a communal foyer, sharing a private deck and plunge pool.
The unit rate is inclusive for up to 4 persons, should more persons occupy the suite a supplementary rate will be incurred per person as per our child policy.
The suite can sleep a maximum of 4 Adults and 2 Children (under the age of 12 years)
The Unit Rate is the minimum rate applied to secure the suite, no discounts or refunds will be given should the suite be occupied by less than four (4) persons.
Above mentioned Unit Rate is inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea, game drives, guided walks, house beverages, game drive beverages, tourism levy and 15% Vat for up to four (4) persons. All other items and premium beverages are excluded and can be settled upon departure.

Kruger Park Entrance:

A once-off fee is payable in cash upon entering the Kruger National Park. Please ensure you have your accommodation confirmation documentation at hand to ensure entry at the correct price. This fee is subject to change without prior notice and can therefore be obtained upon request from your Safari Expert.

Children Policy

This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old.
Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.
Children staying at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock:
Children from 0 up to and including 5 years are only permitted at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock
Additional beds can accommodate a maximum of one child each OR two children per bunk bed (11 years or younger)
Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot.
Child minding service is available upon request and can be arranged at an additional cost.
Children from 0 up to and including 5 years old:
are accommodated at 25% of the adult sharing rate when sharing a room with adults – dependent on the availability of cots and/or additional bed.
are permitted on game drives conducted within the Jock Safari Lodge Concession
Children from 6 up to and including 11 years old:
are accommodated at 50% of the adult sharing rate when sharing a room with adults – dependent on the availability of rooms with an additional bed.
Are permitted on game drives
Persons 12 years and older are considered adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable rates.
Children staying at Main Jock:

Main Jock accommodate families with children from 6 years and older on the following bases:
Applicable adult rate(s) will apply to children of all ages.
A minimum of three rooms must be booked per family in order to ensure that the family has sole use of a game viewing vehicle.
