The Majete Wildlife Reserve in Malawi has announced that in August 2015 they will receive four lions, two male and two female, from South Africa which will complete the return of the ‘Big 5’ in the reserve. Since 1980 no lions have been spotted in the area as a result of poaching. The 70.000 hectare reserve has over 12 different species with over 2 500 animals.
