I traveled with Escape4Africa nearly 2 years ago. A friend was just asking for a recommendation for a tour group, and I gave him your details without hesitation. I’m not sure if you have a place where you collect/display customer feedback, but in case you do, here’s what I told him:

I used Escape4Africa when I went to Tanzania & Uganda in January 2010. I was really happy with the service, and my contact – Nicky Human – was great, very professional, and very communicative. They were especially amazing when one of my bags got left in a driver’s car in Uganda (my camera bag, no less). They helped me track the driver down and get him to bring the bag back to me. I was frantic, and it was only because they are on call 24 hours that the situation turned out so well. I would definitely use them again!
