Lovely Feedback from Clients on a Uganda Gorilla Safari

I must say that we are very fortunate to have a great environment that we operate in. Not only do we have a great bunch of people in the office (which makes for continuous laughs) but the nature of the Africa overland industry is that we work with extremely passionate people.

From time to time mistakes occur such as pick ups missed etc. but it is the way in which it is resolved. We had such wonderful feedback from one of those situations and it just reiterates what a professional team of people and partners we work together with.

Hello,

First of all, we would like to thank you for the excellent service you have provided for us.  We were met this afternoon by the Manager of Churchill who settled up with us for the taxi fare and introduced us to our guide.  A small glitch at the airport was resolved within a few hours due to your expertise.

It is comforting to know you are there.

Today we managed to look after a few housekeeping details, and got some much needed rest.  Tomorrow we start on our long day at 6:30 am.

Thank you again, virtual hugs from both of us.

Thanks so much David and Gaynor
