An historic Cape Dutch homestead, Lekkerwijn is situated in an exquisite garden setting, offering a comfy and unforgettable experience to any kind of traveller. A peaceful environment with rich history and vibrant colours, set against the backdrop of gorgeous mountains, this place of accommodation is a treat for guests. Ideally located in the centre of the Cape Winelands, Lekkerwijn is within fifteen minutes to Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. From here, you have easy access to the airport, Cape Town, and the stunning Garden Route and coast.


Perfectly situated on the Eerste Riverbanks in a tranquil, leafy cul-de-sac in the middle of beautiful Stellenbosch is Rivierbos Guest House. It is the ideal combination of old world charm and modern comforts. The hospitality here is of an excellent standard – warm, friendly and helpful staff who are attentive to their guests. Here, you can enjoy your morning meal in the sunny breakfast room, or on the lovely patio that overlooks the pretty garden. Museums, art galleries and curio stores are all within safe walking distance of this fantastic accommodation, and from here it is easy to explore the rest of the Cape including places such as Table Mountain, Cape Point, the Waterfront, the Peninsula and various other attractions offered by the Western Cape.

Ideally situated, guests can enjoy the wonderful historical atmosphere here, as well as enjoy the sight of gorgeous old buildings surrounded by century old Oak trees that line the streets. 10 Alexander offers travellers luxury accommodation with a self-catering option that permits you to select the pace and price at which you experience the beautiful Stellenbosch. In the months of December and January, additional luxury accommodation is offered at extremely reasonable backpacker prices.


Tuishuisie is a deluxe and contemporary two-story apartment that offers three en-suite bedrooms, each with its own dedicated, private veranda. Sleeping up to four people, it offers wonderful accommodation to travellers and corporate guests who require tasteful comfort in a private setting within close proximity to the town’s amenities and attractions. The sophisticated living area is light and spacious, with gorgeous solid oak floors and big windows. Six French doors lead out to an airy patio with a wooden deck, where you can relax in the shade of a massive 200 year old oak tree – one of the oldest in town. The living room includes an open plan kitchen that accommodates seating for six, as well as a comfortable and funky couch that is perfect for relaxing afternoons or snug winter nights in front of a Nordic wood burning stove. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, the usual electrical appliances and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails, and there is a washroom on the ground floor that houses a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing facilities and storage space if needed. Other fantastic features include air-conditioning and a flat screen television with DSTV. The apartment has a comprehensive security system that puts your mind at ease, and parking is available on request. A daily cleaning service is also available at an additional cost.

Accommodation in Stellenbosch is widely varied, ranging from quaint cottages that reflect the charm of the town, to modern, up-market villas that offer luxury to guests. There is something for everyone here.
