Day 1: Nairobi, Kenya

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara, Kenya

Today, your African adventure continues as we journey through the iconic Great Rift Valley. Take in the breathtaking scenery and stretch your legs before embarking on an unforgettable wildlife safari. As the sun begins to set, prepare for an exhilarating drive through one of Africa’s most renowned national parks. Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive “Big Five” and other fascinating creatures that call this diverse ecosystem home. Experience the thrill of a true African safari amidst stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife.

Day 3: Masai Mara, Kenya

Take your cameras and hop into a safari vehicle with your driver/guide to observe wildlife in the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have the opportunity to listen to your guide describe the African bush as you traverse one of the world’s most famous safari destinations. Among the many attractions of the Masai Mara are its abundance of big cats and wildebeest (see if you can capture a picture of one).

Day 4: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya

Before breaking down camp and jumping into the Land Rover, wake up to the sounds of the bush. Today we visit Lake Nakuru, which is known for its flocks of pink flamingos and a variety of bird species. In the course of your journey, you will stop for lunch at Café Ubuntu, a project that trains and employs local women and mothers of children with disabilities. You will have the opportunity to explore the craft center, meet some of the women who make what you see, and enjoy a delicious farm-to-table meal.

In the afternoon, the group will stop at a safari lodge within Lake Nakuru National Park before going on a late afternoon wildlife drive.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park – Eldoret, Kenya

An early start and another opportunity to see more animals this morning on the wildlife safari drive along Lake Nakuru’s shores before you hit the road to Eldoret. We will bump along in the Lando sharing photos of the day on the road to Eldoret.

Day 6: Eldoret – Kampala, Uganda

As you cross the border from Kenya into Uganda, it is time to cross another country off your travel list. Before reaching Kampala in the late afternoon, we reminisced about inside jokes and experiences from the trip.

Booking flights before 11:30pm is not recommended if you plan to fly out today. Alternatively, if you are not ready to return home (we don’t blame you), speak with your guide about extending your stay and getting to know more about Uganda. You may be able to book accommodation in Kampala for the final night, please contact your agent for more information.
