Itinerary
Day 1 – 2: Maun – Okavango Delta, Botswana
Your journey to Botswana commences in a short trip from Maun to the Okavango Delta on a small plane. One of the major inland deltas in the world can be seen with spectacular views on this voyage. After your flight, transport will take you to your lodging. The Setari Camp is enclosed by gorgeous floodplains and is situated in the center of the Okavango Delta on a palm-covered island. Engulf yourself in this wilderness of lagoons and rivers, which is famous for its unique Delta sceneries. Setari is known to be a haven for birdwatchers where you can explore all types of different species. Whilst in the delta, you can go on a bush stroll and a traditional mokoro canoe trip to discover the untamed wild. You will have the opportunity to go on a boat tour to see the African sun set over the delta’s canals in the afternoons. The next two nights are enjoyed in a traditional safari-style tented hut at Setari Camp.

Day 3 – 4: Okavango Delta, Botswana – Moremi Region, Botswana
Following your stay at the Okavango Delta and a delectable breakfast, you will fly to a private area that is on the edge of the Moremi Game Reserve. You will spend the enjoy the following two nights at the Rra Dinare Camp. Experience the fantastic animal views and engulf yourself in the wildlife while being accompanied by a knowledgeable guide. Keep your eyes open for buffalo, zebra, lion, leopard, cheetah, African wild dog, giraffe, hippo, and a lengthy list of other creatures are among those that can be seen here. The Rra Dinare Camp is known for its for seasonal wildlife walks and night drives, as well as for game drives in a 4×4 safari vehicle. Subject to the weather conditions, you can look forward to water activities on the Gomoti River. You can also unwind by the camp’s pool and await tasty meals. In a platform-raised tented cabin is where you spend the next two nights.

Day 5 -6: Moremi Region – Kasane – Chobe Forest Reserve, Botswana
In the morning, the plane awaits you on your way to Kasane whereafter you will be taken to the Chobe Elephant Camp. The famed Chobe River can be seen beautifully from the hill where the Chobe Elephant Camp is located. The camp’s setting and distinctive layout give you a panoramic view of the spectacular floodplains as well as make it a cozy place to unwind. There is a range of various activities you can enjoy once you’ve settled in at your new location. In this area, you may go on game drives in an open-air safari vehicle to see the incredible wildlife or take a river boat to see the animals as they approach the Chobe Riverfront. Alternatively, you can also take advantage of the opportunity to visit a nearby local village for a cultural tour to learn more about their way of living. Feel free to ask your hosts, they will be pleased to offer more suggestions that you can get the best experience this area has to offer. Enjoy your stay at The Chobe Elephant Camp.

Day 7 – 8: Chobe Forest Reserve – Kasane – Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Before being transported to Zimbabwe, enjoy eating a delicious breakfast. Interestingly, the Victoria Falls is also commonly referred to as “Mosi oa Tunya,” or the “smoke that thunders,”. There are many activities for your enjoyment: you can stroll to the falls, take a Zambezi River sunset boat ride, or soar over the falls in a microlight plane or a helicopter. For the more adventuress type, you can opt for an exhilarating experience white-water rafting or bungee jumping from the Victoria Falls bridge. At the Pioneers Guest Lodge close to the Victoria Falls, you spend the following two nights.
