Maun – Okavango Delta, Botswana
Following one evening in Maun, we start our thrilling two day/one night adventure into the Delta as we travel for around two hours to reach the dock, where we are transferred into mokoros (traditional dugout canoes) that guide us into the heart of the Delta. A few hours later, we arrive at our basic bush camp where we can rest for a bit, enjoying the stunning surrounds. Over the next day you will embark on various guided game walks, mokoro rides and bird and wildlife viewing in the magnificent Okavango Delta – the world’s biggest inland delta. During your free time, indulge in a good book or simply unwind, basking in the sun’s rays. In the nights, look up at the blanket of sparkling stars above you, sing with the locals, or simply relax and enjoy a cocktail next to the warm glow of the campfire.
