Luangwa National Park to Lusaka, Zambia

Departing Luangwa National Park we make our way further south through the mining and farming regions of Zambia. On the way we pass through some of the villages and towns of Zambia. In the 60’s during the copper boom Zambia was able to build an infrastructure at the main mining and farming communities but after the fall of the copper industry the country was left virtually bankrupt and left to fall to ruin. Due to the rise in the mining industry and foreign investment, the town is gradually prospering once again.
