Ngorongoro Highlands
This morning we are descending to the crater floor in a 4×4. The Big 5 reside here and hopefully you can see all of them. The animals in the Crater are used to people and the vehicles, so you will be taken up close. There are exceptional views of the crater where you can view grassland that morphs into swamps, lakes, rivers, hills and woodlands. Hopefully you will see lion, wildebeest, zebra, jackal, cheetah and black rhinoceros. You may also see the Masai taking their cattle to the lake.
You can then enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the farmhouse or take an optional coffee tour.
