Heading into Swaziland you are introduced to another African highlight in the form of the Milwane Wildlife Sanctuary, the oldest protected are of the country.  The colourful markets and exciting activities in the area are also noteworthy.  In Zululand you will be immersed in cultural history and amazing fauna and flora. The nature in this region is best seen on a game drive through the Hluhluwe/Imfolozi Game Reserve – the oldest proclaimed park in the whole of Africa, famous for its plentiful wildlife and conservation efforts. This is another place wherein you will have the chance to spot all of the Big Five, and are almost guaranteed to see white rhino due to the biggest concentration of the species being housed in this reserve.

After a good nights’ rest in lovely accommodation, groups travel along the shoreline of the Indian Ocean, through KwaZulu-Natal before heading toward the Drakensberg Mountains.  The geological history off the lush mountains here gives the area a distinctive difference to that of the rest of the world’s mountain ranges. It is from here that the group begins their travels to the Mother City of Cape Town, where you will have the chance to see the iconic Table Mountain – one of the 7 Natural World Wonders. Here, you can indulge in the cosmopolitan culture of the city, the picturesque scenery and the exciting attractions, which includes some marvelous wine tasting at some impressive vineyards.
